Sezonski grijani vanjski bazen namijenjen je odraslim gostima i okružen ograđenom sunčanom terasom s ležaljkama, suncobranima i ručnicima za bazen. Wellness dio uključuje jacuzzi, finsku saunu i teretanu, a vrt, natkrivena terasa i zajednička dnevna soba mjesta su za mirno popodne izvan sobe.
Besplatan privatni parking dostupan je u sklopu objekta uz prethodnu najavu, a besplatan WiFi pokriva sve prostore. Doručak se poslužuje svako jutro, čaj i kava besplatni su tijekom dana, a tu su i svakodnevno čišćenje, privatna prijava i odjava, concierge, turistički pult te prijevoz do zračne luke uz doplatu. Objekt je u cijelosti nepušački, s dizalom, grijanjem, glačalom i daskom za glačanje, sefom te osiguranom zaštitom i protupožarnom opremom. Ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.
