Rooms Oasis Life is a small, family-run 4-star bed and breakfast in the quiet Žnjan district of Split, a seven-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious, modern and immaculately clean, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, soundproofing, a work desk, a mini-bar and free WiFi, and several open onto a private patio facing the garden or the pool.
At the heart of the property is a heated outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, with a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and gym for quiet hours of wellness. The seasonal heated outdoor pool is reserved for adults and surrounded by a fenced sun deck with loungers, umbrellas and pool towels. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a fitness centre, while the garden, shaded terrace and shared lounge offer easy places to spend a quiet afternoon outside the room.
Free private parking is available on site with prior reservation, and free WiFi covers every area. Breakfast is served each morning, tea and coffee are complimentary through the day, and the property offers daily housekeeping, private check-in and check-out, a concierge, a tour desk and an airport shuttle at an additional charge. The whole building is non-smoking and has a lift, heating, ironing facilities, a safe, smoke alarms and security cameras in the common areas. Pets are not allowed.

Location
The property is at Put Radoševca 39, 21000, Split, Croatia, in a modern building in the residential part of Žnjan - one of Split's favourite bathing areas, with beach bars, restaurants and watersports. The beach is a short walk away and the historic centre of Split is only a few minutes by taxi or rideshare.
Split Airport is 20 km away, the bus station 3,4 km and the train station 3,6 km. Restaurants and cafés are within a few hundred metres, while the city's main sights are easy to reach on foot or by taxi.
